Cherry Mobile released a teaser on their Facebook page yesterday about an upcoming Android smartphone that packs a quad-core CPU and a huge 4,000mAh battery - the Cherry Mobile 'Power'. Cherry Mobile first teased about the said smartphone a couple of days ago with a banner saying "I got that POWER." Followed by another post that showcased a quad-core CPU and a 4,000mAh battery. After some digging, our best guess is that the upcoming Cherry Mobile Power could be the Micromax Canvas Power A96 which was recently launched in India. The Micromax Canvas Power A96 is selling in India for Rs 9,900 or around Php7,000 when converted. Globe Telecom is now offering volume-based mobile internet surfing plans with their Globe PowerSurf promo -- starting with 50MB for Php99, valid for 30 days. The service auto-renews after the expiration date so you need to text PowerSurf Off to 8888 if you want to un-subscribe. Samsung also claims UFS 5.0 is more than 40% more power efficient than UFS 4.1. The realme C100 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G92 Max, while the C100i uses the Unisoc T7250 chipset.
