Converge signed a memorandum of agreement with the DOTr, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Mactan-Cebu, Manila, and Davao International Airport Authorities for the provision of free, fast, and reliable internet in airports in the country. Converge is given 90 days from the signing of the MOA to come up with its roll-out plan with it being expected to launch its first free public wifi by the 1st quarter of 2023.
