deploys more mobile business centers in Valenzuela City to address its subscribers' needs immediately. Mobile business centers are smaller versions of Converge’s actual business offices. Converge is also in the process of establishing a permanent business center in Valenzuela. Converge now has six mobile business centers that can be deployed anywhere at a moment’s notice with 12 more units under production. The company intends to deploy two to three mobile business centers for every service area as a quick response to cater to its customer needs. “Converge continuously seeks ways to address customer concerns as well as improve customer experience even as the company expands aggressively nationwide,” says John Paul Aguilar, Group Head at Converge. “These mobile business centers are also used by the company to strengthen our presence in major events and other activities.” Meanwhile, Converge targets to serve around 15 million households or around 55% in the country by 2025.
