Data Lake, the authorized reseller for SpaceX's Starlink, has recently listed the Starlink Residential Kit on Lazada at a discounted price of PHP 25,999 — that's PHP 2,000 OFF the original retail price of PHP 28,000. Furthermore, Data Lake offers an "Activation Bonus" worth PHP 4,500 when customers activate their account between July 9 and August 11, 2024. As of writing, only the Residential Kit is currently available in Data Lake's official Lazada store. Customers may also visit the Data Lake website to inquire for Portable and Enterprise Starlink plans. SpaceX’s local partner, Data Lake Inc.—owned by businessmen Henry Sy Jr. Data Lake vice chairman and CEO Anthony Almeda, expressed his excitement, noting that Starlink's high speed and low latency broadband internet service via satellite would be revolutionary in connecting the 7,640 islands of the Philippines to the world. Data Lake and Elon Musk-owned SpaceX signed a deal last year, making the local data company the first integrator of Starlink in the country and Southeast Asia as well.   The new offering centers on Unlimited App access, allowing users to use selected apps without consuming their regular data allocation.
