Samsung will allegedly remove depth sensors from the rear of its mid-range tier, Samsung Galaxy A24, A34, and A54 which are to be released in 2023, making it a triple-camera setup rather than a quad. According to a report, Samsung's removal of depth sensors are intentional to reduce cost and strengthening camera performance instead of having a bunch of 'gimmicky' cameras with less than 2MP count.
