MediaTek has unveiled today the Dimensity 9400 flagship SoC. The Dimensity 9400 is built on TSMC’s second-generation 3-nm process (N3E) promising up to 40% more power-efficiency. On the subject of memory, the Dimensity 9400 is the first chip on the market that enables up to 10.7 Gbps bandwidth through LPDDR5x RAM. Based on previous reports, the first smartphones to debut the Dimensity 9400 are the vivo X200 Series and the OPPO Find X8. Inside, it packs the newly minted MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage with iQOO's own Q2 gaming co‑processor and a massive vapor‑chamber cooler handling the heat. The new smartphone model packs flagship specs such as the Dimesnity 9400+ chip, a 6.83-inch OLED display with 144Hz screen resolution, and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Despite the relatively small screen size of 8.8-inch IPS LCD, this tablet boasts the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ flagship chipset. The realme GT7 is making its global debut on May 27, powered by the new Dimensity 9400e chipset.
