Update: There is an unofficial hashtag going on: #facebookdown just in case you want to see what other people have to say on Twitter. It also supports .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .csv, LaTeX, TXT, RTF and Markdown files. Once generated, files can be downloaded to the device or exported to Google Drive. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has launched a new website where the public can directly report misbehaving drivers. The website allows users to report cases such as road rage, hit-and-run incidents, colorum vehicles, and other traffic violations. One key feature of the website is the Show Cause Order (SCO) tracker. The website was tested earlier this month before being opened to the public.
