Reports have noted that Google Pay is set to launch in the Philippines this November. As of 2025, Google Pay is available in 85 countries, with the Philippines being the last in Southeast Asia to adopt the platform. HUAWEI Philippines has recently introduced GCash Watch Pay feature allowing for easy, secure QR code-based payments directly from its smartwatches. The HUAWEI ID region must be under the Philippines.
