These LGUs are now operating with fully digital, IP-based emergency systems developed by NGA 911 Philippines, the local arm of U.S.-based NGA 911 LLC. Unlike traditional systems that rely solely on voice calls, NG911 platforms support multimedia communication and integrate advanced features that enhance emergency coordination. Calls are routed directly to LGU command centers, equipped with real-time dashboards and automated ticketing systems that streamline response workflows.
