In addition to the usual water- and dust-proofing of phones, it boasts being imperishable to impact, drop, corrosion, and explosion. The Leica X-U is sealed to its core making it waterproof, shatterproof, and dustproof so you could bring it with you on any adventure you're on. Cherry Mobile gave us the Defender to review (which you can see here) and also asked us to conduct a stress test to put into use its robust, life-proof features. In this series of tests on video, we submerged the Defender in water to fully evaluate its waterproofing, dropped it in different places and surfaces, set it on fire, and have a sub-compact car run over it. It boasts falling from high drops without any damage, is waterproof, and has wet finger tracking. The CAT B15 is IP67-certified making it waterproof for up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, and impervious to dust.
