The Vivo S6 comes with a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, with an Exynos 980 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. A security issue which allows malicious applications gain complete access to a device's RAM has been found on Android devices carrying Samsung's Exynos 4210 or 4412 processors. The good news is another XDA member, "Chainfire", has released an APK called ExynosAbuse, that will root an Exynos-based device and patch the vulnerability. Samsung Electronics has annouced its two new Exynos processors for mobile devices, the Exynos 5 Octa (Exynos 5422) and the Exynos 5 Hexa (Exynos 5260). The Exynos 5422 is Samsung's advanced Exynos 5 Octa product for its premium mobile devices. The new processor promises to deliver up to 34% higher performance compared to previous Exynos Octa models and can save power consumption by up to 10%. In addition, the Exynos 5422 supports high-resolution displays such as WQHD (2560 x 1440) and WQXGA (2560 x 1600) and utilizes advanced Multi Format Codec (MFC) that supports 4K UHD resolution. Next is the Exynos 5260, which is powering the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, is equipped with six CPU cores; two 1.7GHz ARM Cortex -A15 cores and four 1.3GHz ARM Cortex -A7 cores.
