Though the battery swap now requires screws rather than a fingernail pull, due to a slimmer soft‑pouch cell, it still takes roughly two minutes, according to Fairphone . The phone’s screw-sealed build achieves an IP55 rating, lower than flagship, but impressive for a fully repairable design . Fairphone supports sustainability with an eight-year security patch promise, seven major Android updates, plus a five-year warranty and loyalty program . While not aiming to compete on raw performance, the Fairphone 6 still packs solid specs: Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, 8 GB RAM, 6.31″ LTPO OLED, and USB 2.0 . What surprised us is that the OPPO A6s features an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It’s not the most powerful in the segment, nor does it have the best display, but it is very rugged with its IP68 and IP69 rating.
