#Fare Hike Bus

A few days ago, LTFRB approved the PHP 2.00 fare hike for jeepneys that will be effective next month. Provincial buses were also granted a hike from PHP 1.40 to PHP 1.55 for every succeeding non-aircon buses and PHP 1.60 to PHP 1.75 for air-conditioned ones. GMA News has reported that some passengers are still shocked at the implementation of the new fare hike. The DOTC defended their decision as it has been over a decade since there was a fare hike on MRT-3. They can then tag the group on their respective social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) and/or include hashtags such as #StrikeTheHike, #SelfieProtest and #NoToMRTLRTFareHikes on their post.
