Firefly Mobile has introduced a new smartphone that features a 5.5-inch HD display with Dragontrail glass, MediaTek octa-core CPU, 3GB RAM, 4G LTE, and Android Lollipop - the Firefly Intense Desire. Froyo HTC Desire HD Price: 599 euros or Php34,500 (before taxes and tariffs). Froyo HTC Desire Z Price: 549 euros or Php31,500 (before taxes and tariffs). With a suggested retail price of Php25,990, the Desire S came in at a price point that is actually a little more expensive than the current price of the old Desire and the Desire HD. Later today, HTC Philippines will have announced local availability of the HTC Desire in the Philippines as well as revealing the suggested retail price. We've yet to get the final retail price of the HTC Desire but if the current prices in the gray market (Php31k) and the suggested retail price of the HTC Legend and Hero, we might see the Desire reach the Php35k range. Update: Suggested retail price of the HTC Desire is Php34,900.
