As reported by Financial Times and researched by Canalys, Samsung far surpasses the competition in terms of foldable smartphones sold in 2022. The report shared that approximately 14.2 million foldables were sold in 2022 with Samsung having sold over 11 million units with the rest of the competition such as Huawei, OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi, HONOR, and Motorola combining for roughly only  3.2 million. It also seems that foldables continue to rise in popularity with the Financial Times also estimating that foldable smartphone shipments will likely double in 2023 and reach 30 million. Xiaomi has officially unveiled two new Redmi Smart TVs in China, the Redmi Smart TV X 2022 55-inch and 65-inch. The Redmi Smart TV X 2022 55-inch is priced at CNY 2,699, while the 65-inch will retail for CNY 4,999. Nissan has officially launched the 2022 Nissan Almera in the Philippines. The 2022 Nissan Almera is priced starting at PHP 728,000 and it is available in six color options: Cayenne Red, Gun Metallic, Galaxy Black, Premium Corona Orange, Brilliant Silver, and Pearl White.
