Samsung Philippines has recently introduced the Galaxy Mobile Service Caravan, a roving service center that offers repair services for Samsung devices. Samsung's Galaxy Mobile Service Caravan is equipped with various equipment to handle basic to complex repair services. As per Samsung, the Galaxy Mobile Service Caravan will continue its operations in Metro Manila for the next two months and will also cover Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Rizal once the travel restriction is lifted. Furthermore, Samsung mentioned that the Galaxy Mobile Service Caravan will now be part of the company's customer service business continuity plan. “The Galaxy Mobile Service Caravan is a way for us to reach our customers and still promote health and safety guidelines. By bringing our world-class service to them, they don’t have to venture too far from their homes to restore their much-loved Galaxy devices. Filipino workers in Malaysia were able to renew their professional licenses without going home after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) held its first Foreign Mobile Service (FMS) in the country on April 12, 2026. The service was done in partnership with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) through the Alagang OWWA Caravan.
