The Samsung Galaxy S25 Series has ended its support for its Samsung Messages. However, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6 were the first ones to have the said messaging app unavailable on their system. Samsung Messages users on older Galaxy units have raised its concern on this issue, but as per PhoneArena, users will still retain the app and can continuously utilize the app. Samsung's spokesperson shared its statement to the Android Authority on January 23 regarding the decision to fully utilize Google Messages as the brand's default messaging app: “With the close collaboration between Google and Samsung, we have opted to migrate all services to Google Messages and are sunsetting Samsung Messages.
