After all the teaser posts, Geely has officially launched the newest member of its lineup. Say hello to the 2022 Geely Emgrand sedan. In terms of looks, the Emgrand sedan features a very modern but stately design, it gets a new bold grille that Geely dubbed "Energy Pulse", flanking the grille are big LED headlights (Halogen for entry-level) accompanied by LED daytime running lights. The power-adjustable driver's seat and sunroof are also exclusive to the Premium variant [caption id="attachment_300883" align="alignnone" width="720"] Photo Credit: Geely Philippines[/caption] When it comes to power, all variants are equipped with a 1.5 liter naturally aspirated D-CVVT engine. Safety is also a top priority for Geely, all Emgrand models come with dual front airbags, anti-lock brakes, electronic brakeforce distribution, traction control, stability control, hill-start assist and tire pressure monitoring. Brands such as MG, Geely, and GAC have moved the needle forward in making us Filipinos spend our hard-earned pesos on their cars, by upping their game in terms of offering more standard features than the Japanese and Korean brands.
