Yesterday, Adobe has announced Generative Recolor - a generative AI recolor feature that's able to change colors, themes and fonts of graphics for Illustrator. The Generative Recolor tool uses text prompts to change colors, themes and fonts of illustrations made by the users. This is the latest addition to Adobe’s multiple generative AI tools and models. Generative Recolor creates a depiction of a scene or a theme using Firefly based on textual input. “We actually think that all content will be in some shape or form, edited through generative fashions in the near future,” said vice president of generative AI at Adobe Alexandru Costin. A beta version of Generative Recolor is now available for Adobe Illustrator. There is currently no official release date for the Generative Recolor feature.
