Globe has confirmed that it has experienced an issue with their On The List program where they sent the data registration confirmation receipt containing personal information to wrong users. Reports of the incident were posted on Twitter starting January 25, 2019, where prepaid subscribers who signed-up to Globe's On The List community received confirmation emails that contains someone else's personal information including the complete name, prepaid number, email address, and complete address. "It was just a case of sending the data registration confirmation receipt to the wrong individual and was not sent en masse or as a group of data," said the statement.
