Globe Telecom is advising its customers in select areas in Mindanao that they may be experiencing a disruption of mobile services due a to a fiber cut. In a public advisory, Globe said that customers in Basilan, Camiguin, Zamboanga, Misamis Occidental and Oriental, Lanao, Tawi-Tawi and Sulu, may be experiencing a disruption of mobile services due to a fiber cut that happened as a result of DPWH operations working on a drainage project in Iligan. Globe Telecom has expanded their GFiber Prepaid plans. All prepaid GFiber plans are subject to service coverage and Globe’s Fair Usage Policy.
