Globe is holding its first Philippines Mobile Legends Tournament at the Pinoy Gaming Festival 2017. Visitors may also get the limited edition Blue Spectre skin by joining the Mobile Legends tournament or by participating in activities held at the Globe Booth. Globe has officially launched Starlink's satellite-to-mobile service in the Philippines after receiving approval from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), making it the first local telecom operator to commercially offer direct-to-device satellite connectivity in the country. Jollibee, the country's largest food chain known far-and-wide, has collaborated with the Philippines' most-played mobile game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). When redeemed inside the Mobile Legends app, the code unlocks a mystery reward voucher. Globe has partnered with government agencies to strengthen efforts against mobile-based scams, introducing new tools designed to detect illegal signal activity across the country.
