Globe has partnered with Grab to improve its mobile network by collecting real-world data from daily trips across Metro Manila. Eric Tanbauco, Vice President at Globe, said the partnership helps the company see real network performance and use the data to improve services. If it's true that 10% of subscribers are eating up imore than 10GB a month and overloading the network, it makes sense for Globe to sacrifice these 10% to improve network quality for the rest of the 90%.
