Millions of Globe and TM users are using the GlobeOne app since it is the best way to monitor and manage ones account, SIM cards, postpaid plans and home fiber internet plans. With the massive amount of users, there's no denial that Globe would attempt to casually monetize the traffic with 3rd-party sponsored ads. While it would be prudent for Globe to remove theses ads from their apps (a Globe/GCash insider told be before these ads make them millions so no chance getting it removed), users should be careful every time they use the GlobeOne app. The service can soon be availed via the GlobeOne app (there's actually a tab in the GlobeOne app that states Starlink but still has no plans offered). (The system can only provide signal up to 12 nautical miles from the coast, if a subscriber may want to use it out in the sea.) Globe has been field testing this service for months now and should be rolling this service out via the GlobeOne app any time soon. Update: Reports from a few subscribers are saying the service is already available in their e-wallet and GlobeOne apps.
