Opensignal has posted their report for mobile network experience in the first quarter of 2023 for Globe, Smart, and DITO. This determines points such as fastest download speed, consistency, and experience with media. They have revealed that among the three mobile networks in the Philippines, Globe has the best experience when it comes to playing multiplayer mobile games, video streaming, and using voice apps on overall. Opensignal has pointed out that Smart 5G users have the largest proportion of time on 5g (15.9% versus Globe’s 9.2%). Smart also takes the award for fastest download speed experience for 5G and overall. It has a score of 25.3Mbps - 2.6Mbps which is faster than DITO's 22.8Mbps and 9.1Mbps ahead of Globe’s score of 16.2 Mbps. Smart's average 5G download speeds record to 133.2Mbps. With a score of 79.9% compared to Globe's 77.7% on Core Consistent Quality, DITO leads by a similar margin of 2.2%.
