It started with Twitter, now Globe announced that they’ll also offer free access to the Zuckberg-owned social media account starting on October 31. All there’s left for a Globe subscriber to do is logon to m.facebook.com using their smartphone’s browser. Globe's free Facebook access is slated to begin on the 31st of this month and and will run until January next year. Globe introduced new AI, cloud, and connectivity products during its “The Blueprint” media briefing on May 26, 2026 at The Globe Tower. For consumers, Globe launched Globe Cloud, an affordable cloud storage service with flexible plans for backing up files and photos, plus Flashback and AI-powered editing features. Globe Prepaid, Postpaid, and Platinum customers can also tap emergency load and data loans, roaming assistance, and convert Rewards points into essentials such as food and fuel. For homes and communities, Globe highlighted how GFiber Prepaid, paired with GCash, is being used to digitize traditional palengke operations. Under Globe At Home, broadband is bundled with flexible payment options, energy-related solutions, and everyday rewards, positioned as a “household care” package rather than just an internet line.
