Google has announced that its Google Play Pass service will be launching in the US within the week. Google Play Pass is Google's new subscription service that grants users access to over 350 apps, all unlocked, ad-free, and no microtransactions. Play Pass has a wide library of apps, with more being added each month. It also features a Play Pass "ticket" on the regular Play Store to let users know which apps are unlocked on the Play Pass service. Google is silently testing its subscription-based app, Google Play Pass, that could potentially compete with Apple Arcade's service.   A report has stated that the Google Play Pass is the Android counterpart of the app and game subscription-based service where the monthly cost is USD 4.99 (~PHP 256).
