Google Play Pass to launch this week in the US
Google has announced that its Google Play Pass service will be launching in the US within the week.
Google Play Pass is Google’s new subscription service that grants users access to over 350 apps, all unlocked, ad-free, and no microtransactions. Play Pass has a wide library of apps, with more being added each month. It also features a Play Pass “ticket” on the regular Play Store to let users know which apps are unlocked on the Play Pass service.
The Play Pass subscription can be used by to up to five family members, with the Shared Passes independent of one another.
Play Pass will be available in the U.S. starting this week, with other countries to follow soon. Consumers may avail of the free 10-day trial. Subscriptions are priced at USD 4.99 (~PHP 260) per month. There is also a limited offer of USD 1.99 (~PHP 103) per month for the first year of subscription.
