The feature appears inside Google Play search results and lists the platforms where the content is available, making it easier for users to choose and install the apps they need. While users can search manually on Google or ask Gemini, results may not always be updated, especially since streaming availability changes fast. With the “Where to watch” card, Google Play now shows a simple list of streaming apps that offer the title you searched for. Google notes that the information provided is more accurate than Gemini in early tests. Google Play Services has the ability to scan the applications in the Play Store. Now, a new update allows Play Protect to scan third-party programs. Google has implemented a new feature for Google Play Protect which scans third-party applications for any malicious apps or malware.
