Google is setting up for mass app deletion on the Play Store by August 31, 2024. The initiative is part of Google’s roadmap to align the Android app ecosystem with Apple’s App store framework. Further, Google has also updated their rules for app quality. With this, the incoming policy changes are set to rid the Play Store of millions of low-quality apps. These make for tighter security measures across all apps on the Play Store. What do you guys think about the incoming mass app deletion on the Play Store? Sony has announced that it will gradually shut down the PlayStation Store for the PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PlayStation Vita (PS Vita). Sony has announced in their blog post that they are shutting down the PlayStation Store for the PS Vita and PS3.
