I might have even said that next year could be the year of smartphone cameras as I really like the idea of HTC's UltraPixel, Nokia's PureView and Sony's Exmor RS -- they focus on quality/technology over just plain megapixel count (Google's next Nexus phone is rumored to have a great camera as well). Samsung has already confirmed that they are working on a smartwatch, while companies such as LG, Apple and Google were reported to be working on one too. Google already has Glasses for next year, and just recently, they just showcased a talking shoe. There was some sort of mass panic last night when Google was spewing a warning "this site may harm your computer" on all their search results. People search on Google were shocked and confused as if the search engine itself was hacked. Connie took a screenshot from her browser of what turned out to be human error from some engineers over at Google: The incident happened sometime between 6:30 a.m. Google flags search results with the message "This site may harm your computer" if the site is known to install malicious software in the background or otherwise surreptitiously. Google has introduced Disco, a lightweight, experimental browser from Google Labs designed to test new AI ideas for web discovery and research.
