One is under Grimalkin (MiAuthorizedResellerPH on Facebook) which is a part of the Star Paper Group based in Quezon City, while the other went by the name Mi Home PH on Facebook and Lazada. When Mi Home PH started to gain an audience, Grimalkin then posted on Facebook saying that they are "Xiaomi's official and sole Philippine partner", and that Mi Home PH is "not affiliated with Xiaomi."
