The Hi Reader Pro features a 6.1-inch pure e-ink display, which is designed to mimic the look and feel of paper. The Hi Reader Pro has 36 levels of cold and warm light for its screen and comes with a respectable 300 pixels per inch. Powering the Hi Reader Pro is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662, 4GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage — which is a decent SoC and storage package for the target use case of the Hi Reader Pro. The Reader Pro will also come with a 4,000 mAh battery, which, with the combination of the e-ink display, can probably guarantee more than a day or more of use without a charge. The Hisense Hi Reader Pro is now available in China for RMB 1,699 or around Php 13,755. As of writing, there has been no word of a Philippines release for the Hi Reader Pro.
