After being launched back in 2021, HMD has launched the Nokia XR20 5G here in the Philippines. There’s no word yet whether Nokia Philippines will make the XR21 available in the market. Announced a few months ago, the Nokia 8 is HMD Global's flagship smartphone for this year. HMD Global still fulfills Nokia's reputation of having phones with a solid build quality, which is good since it's one of the things the brand has been known for. For a flagship smartphone, HMD Global is on the right track with respect to the Nokia 8's specs. The Nokia 8 is available in two colors in the Philippines: Steel, and Blue. A report alleges that Nokia has extended their partnership with HMD ‘by about another three years’. For reference, the original expiration deal of Nokia and HMD Global’s partnership was set for 2026.
