#HMD removes Nokia

HMD has removed smartphones under the Nokia brand from their global website. Nokia is now not spotted in HMD's global website as the company has removed its section. A report alleges that Nokia has extended their partnership with HMD ‘by about another three years’. For reference, the original expiration deal of Nokia and HMD Global’s partnership was set for 2026. Earlier this year, HMD stopped making Nokia-branded smartphones and had them unlisted on their website. As per the ‘renewed’ agreement, HMD won’t return to the smartphone market bearing Nokia’s name.
