HONOR’s newest flip-type foldable, the HONOR Magic V Flip2, has made its debut in China. Powering the foldable is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, configured with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. HUAWEI continues to lead China’s foldable smartphone market, taking a 72.6% share in Q2 2025, according to the International Data Corporation (IDC). The surge is largely attributed to the popularity of the HUAWEI Pura X and its other foldable models. HONOR came in second with a 7.6% share, followed by vivo (5.5%), Xiaomi (5%), and OPPO (4.6%).
