Step 2: Open the camera menu located at the bottom bar of the app then select "Art Transfer." Step 3: Upload your photos. RCBC has announced free InstaPay transfers for its digital banking apps starting July 4, 2026. RCBC will soon free InstaPay transfers for RCBC Pulz and DiskarTech. The company has removed InstaPay transfer fees on its RCBC DiskarTech app. Meanwhile, RCBC Pulz users can enjoy 30 free InstaPay transfers per month when sending money to other local banks.
