During CES 2018, the company released a new variant of the Always-Connected PC only this time it comes with an Intel Core processor and Windows 10 Home. The only major changes are in the processor as it is now powered by Intel Y-series CPUs, Wifi module since it no longer uses Qualcomm's Gigabit X16 modem, and OS, which is now Windows 10 Home instead of Windows 10 S The company is still touting the detachable as an Always-Connected device despite the change of internals. As promised from the announcement we received yesterday about the manufacturers that'll make use of Intel's new chips, HP has unleashed upon the world their first ever notebook to sport an 8th generation Intel processor with AMD Radeon RX Vega M graphics -- the HP Spectre x360 15. While the star of the show is definitely the variant that is powered by Intel's 8th Gen Core i7-8705G processor with Radeon RX Vega M graphics, a much cheaper variant powered by a Quad-core 8th Gen Intel Core processor with NVIDIA's GeForce MX 150 graphics with longer battery life exists.
