The HP OMEN X features an all-black Diamond design with a new cooling system consisting of three 120mm liquid cooling radiators. HP has not formally launched the new Mini Note 1000 but Villman & PC Corner has already listed the netbook on their site with a suggested retail price of Php21,950. PC Corner's listing sets the price at Php21,950 while Villman has the HP Mini 1001TU for Php21,948 at zero percent (0%) interest for 12 months. With a retail price of Php23,990, HP Mini 2140 isn't the cheapest in the 10-inch category but it makes up all that with a great build and design. At least, the HP Mini line now been re-priced competitively. HP priced their units more competitively. Maybe that's why HP was able to bring down their suggested retail price to under Php19,000.
