Launched alongside the top-spec HUAWEI Pura70 Ultra are three more variants: the HUAWEI Pura70, Pura70 Pro, and Pura70 Pro+. While Huawei is still being tight-lipped about what powers these devices, all reportedly sport a 7-nanometer Kirin 9010 chipset with a single prime core at 2.3GHz, three 2.18GHz cores, and four 1.55GHz efficiency cores. The standard Pura70 doesn't get it, but the Pro variants do. The Pura70 Pro gets satellite messaging while the Plus variant gets both satellite calling and messaging, at least according to Huawei. True to previous speculations and rumors, Huawei went ahead and placed the Pura70 series directly on sale in China. Posters circulating in the promotion of the sale in malls and retail stores have circulated with the Pura70 Pro and Pura70 Ultra in tow. No mention of the other two variants -- Pura70 and Pura70 Pro+ but previous leaks have indicated the entire line-up with different specifications: All four devices are expected to run on the newest Kirin 9000S, a 7-nanometer class chipset from SMIC. We should be getting more information later today as to the complete specs and prices as we hear from Chinese consumers heading to Huawei stores and getting their hands on these new devices.
