Huawei first introduced its newest wearable, the Watch GT, to the public during the company's official launch of the Mate 20 series back in October 2018. Underneath the watch is a bunch of sensors including Huawei's TruSeen 3.0 heart-rate monitor, Ambient light, Barometer, Accelerometer, Magnetometer, and Gyroscope. Overall, the Huawei Watch GT is responsive, but its performance is not smooth, given that it has hardware limitations.
