Huawei has released a new entry-level smartphone in the Philippines, featuring a 5.71-inch screen, MediaTek Helio A22 chipset, and Android 9 Pie, the Huawei Y5 2019. The 2019 iteration of Huawei's Y5 series smartphone has finally arrived in the Philippines. The Huawei Y5 2019 features a 5.71-inches display with 1520x720-pixel resolution. The Huawei Y5 2019 runs on a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Huawei has silently launched on its website the Y5 2019, an entry-level device with a notched display and a MediaTek chip. It's also similar to the earlier-released Huawei Y6 Pro 2019 aside from some key internal configuration differences. This one, a Huawei Mobile WiFi Touch, has a touch screen interface but has the same specs as the regular Huawei E5. When it was first announced, the Huawei MediaPad promised a great combination of specs, updated Android OS and an affordable price.
