The Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (DOST-PCHRD) recently announced that it has allocated PHP 3.2 million to fund the i-SULAT project that can assess handwriting problems in children. i-SULAT stands for Intelligent Stroke Utilization, Learning, Assessment, and Testing. The i-SULAT project will run from April 2022 to June 2024 and is headed by Edison Roxas of the Electronics Engineering Department of the University of Santo Tomas. I was already shopping for a second car last December and have shortlisted the Mustang but held off on the purchase after I was told the new and redesigned 2015 Mustang will be released soon. To add to the excitement, I was invited by Ford to visit NAIAS this year and the Mustang was on top of the list. Ford is also celebrating 50 years of the Mustang and so this year, they created an entirely new look for the car (notice the more subdued design and more curves around the corner). The new Mustang comes with Sync with MyFord Touch, a center touch screen with voice-activated control, rear radar sensors, cross-traffic alert (driver assist). In the Philippines, the Mustang 3.7L V6 Premium sells for Php2,499,000 while the 5.0L V8 GT Premium is at Php2,899,000.
