Instagram has unveiled a new feature called Instants. Instagram's Instants is a new feature that lets users share spontaneous, unedited photos with friends directly through the app. Instants appears in the bottom-right corner of Instagram’s inbox. Unlike Stories, Instants are designed for casual, in the moment sharing. Photos shared through Instants are automatically saved in a private archive for up to one year. Instagram is also testing a standalone Instants app in select countries on iOS and Android. It lets users to send and receive Instants across both platforms.
