#intel 8th generation core processors

Intel officially outs its 8th generation Coffee Lake Core processors today, and claims that the new chips will offer 40 percent speed boost compared to the 7th generation Core Kaby Lake chips. The 8th generation chips' architecture, both their CPU and their integrated GPU, is also similar to that of the 7th generation Kaby Lake, thus Intel calls the architecture of these chips "Kaby Lake refresh". Intel has announced its new Core Ultra 200S Plus series desktop processors, which include the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus and Core Ultra 5 250K Plus. Intel said the processors will start at $299 for the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus and $199 for the Core Ultra 5 250K Plus. Intel has introduced its latest Core Ultra 200HX Plus mobile processors, targeting gamers, creators, and power users who need top-tier laptop performance.
