Powering the device is an Intel Atom Z3735 quad-core CPU clockedat 1.83GHz, 2GB DDR3L RAM and Windows 8.1 with Bing. Since it's a tablet meant for young students, it comes with pre-installed education apps like HMH Readers and Fresh Paint.
