Jolla (pronounced Yol-la), the first smartphone to run the Sailfish OS has been officially launched in Finland. The Jolla smartphone sports a 4.5-inch IPS display with qHD resolution or equal to 245ppi, Gorilla Glass 2, an 8 megapixel rear camera, 16GB of internal storage, and LTE connectivity. The Jolla smartphone comes in 9 color options and has a price tag of 399 Euros or almost Php24,000. HONOR Philippines has made the HONOR X7e available in the country through Lazada. The smartphone is currently offered as a Lazada exclusive, with the 6GB + 128GB variant carrying an official retail price of PHP 14,999. A limited-time promotion also brings the price down to as low as PHP 10,971. Today, we’re looking at budget and entry-level phones priced under 10,000 pesos that were launched during Q2 of 2026.
