Sharp has announced the Aquos R11, its latest flagship smartphone featuring a new telephoto camera, a brighter OLED display, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. The Aquos R11 succeeds last year's Aquos R10 and introduces several upgrades, most notably a new 38.5MP telephoto camera with a 68mm equivalent focal length and 2.9x optical zoom. The camera joins a 50.3MP main sensor and a 50.3MP ultra-wide shooter, all paired with Leica HEKTOR lenses. Xiaomi's President, Lu Weibing, has confirmed that the Mix Fold 3 loaded with Leica-tuned cameras will be released in August. The Mix Fold 3 will be the first model to be produced in the new Smart Factory and will feature Leica-branded cameras. The Mix Fold 3 is also expected to come with an under-display selfie camera on the main folding screen, a 5x periscope zoom lens on the rear, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and 4,800mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities. Leica has recently unveiled the latest addition to its Q line of cameras, the Leica Q2 Monochrom. The Leica Q2 Monochrom is equipped with a newly developed 47.3MP full-frame monochrome sensor.
