Looks like Lenovo is set to launch a new smartphone that is equipped with a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with support for 5G connectivity. According to reports, Lenovo Vice President Chang Cheng confirmed on Weibo that they will be releasing a smartphone that is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 with support for 5G mobile connectivity. Lenovo is entering the “netbook†market with the IdeaPad S9 and S10. Weighing just above 09.kg, the one-inch thick Lenovo Ideapad will use the Intel Atom processor. Lenovo also boasts of its OneKey Recovery on Microsoft Windows-based netbooks which allows data recovery at the touch of a button in case of a system error or virus occur. The Lenovo Ideapad will be out this September for a suggested retail price of Php22,990 (with either Windows XP or Linux OS). Lenovo has officially launched its newest IdeaPad notebooks powered by up to 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor— the IdeaPad Slim 3i and IdeaPad Slim 5i Pro. Both are now available in Lenovo stores and Lenovo authorized resellers nationwide.
