Apple has discontinued the Mac Pro and confirmed that it has no plans to release a new version in the future. The device has been removed from Apple’s website, and its product page now redirects to the main Mac section. The Mac Pro was last updated in 2023 with the M2 Ultra chip, but it did not receive further updates since then. With the Mac Pro gone, Apple is now focusing on the Mac Studio as its main desktop for professional users. Its laptop lineup includes the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, along with newer entry-level options. This may reduce the need for a single high-end machine like the Mac Pro. The Mac Pro was first introduced years ago and went through several design changes.
